Cactus Moon Grafted

Cactus Moon Grafted

Its scientific name is Gymnocalycium Mihanovichii and is also known as ‘Ruby ball Cactus’

Pronounced as Gymno-cali-si-um.

This vibrant little Cactus will lighten up your room, desk and probably your mood too. It’s a green upright cactus with a bright ball like structure on top, which is either in shades of pink, red or yellow.

The moon cactus is a special plant because what you see is not a single plant. It’s actually two cacti combined into one!  The bright top is mistaken for a flower often, but it is actually another cactus which doesn’t produce green pigment.

This plant is a result of human’s creativity produced by grafting two different cacti together.
